OUR PROJECT
Our coral regeneration project aims to support the recovery of our reefs around the island. This project is the centre of our marine and environmental project activities, under the supervision of a marine biologist. Using different methods to regrow the fragmented corals, our team on the island has successfully grown various coral colonies.
Coral reef-building is an ongoing process over a time scale of 10–30 years or even more. Each restoration site has its own unique set of circumstances to consider, that is why continuous replanting and maintenance of the coral beds are necessary.

Join the weekly interactive talk at the dive centre or at the kid’s club to learn more about the coral project and other interesting facts about marine life and your favourite marine animals. The more you know about marine life, the more fun it gets to go on underwater excursions.

Check out and join the coral restoration events in the dive and watersports centre. Make your holiday more meaningful by participating in coral planting and restoration activities. Our team will take care of and maintain these newly planted corals to ensure their growth once placed in the ocean.
To see some of the planted corals, join our guided snorkelling tour at the house reef and see the teeming marine life on these artificial reefs. You’ll be amazed at how the small coral fragments planted just a few years back have grown into beautiful colonies.
